Registration Deadlines
All registrations must be paid in full at the time they are submitted.

Early registration by December 31, 2006 receives a $25 discount
Registration deadline - January 31, 2007
Final payment is due by March 1, 2007.

Move In
April 5, 12:00 Noon to 8:00 p.m.
April 6, 8:00a.m. to 12:00 Noon

Move Out
April 7, 10:00 p.m. to Midnight
Take down begins after live auction has ended (approximately 10 p.m.). All booths must be completely removed by midnight.

    The Live Auction. At the end of day two there will be a live and silent auction. Vendors are encouraged to contribute to this important auction where clients will be bidding on the trips and merchandise of their dreams.
